Hovercraft racers fly over the lake at Whittlebury Hall, near Towcester at the Hovercraft Club of Great Britain‘s two-day weekend meeting in Northamptonshire.
The top machines can reach speeds of over 80mph and accelerate – over land or water – to 60mph in under four seconds.
